Formación

About the role

We are seeking a Full-time Lead Instructor for our Data Science & Machine Learning Bootcamp at our Remote campus. If you are passionate about data, machine learning, and sharing your expertise, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

1. Oversee the entire academic experience of the bootcamp.
2. Teach classes on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, with specific timings CET.
3. Manage Teaching Assistants to support student success.
4. Foster a safe, supportive, and energetic community catering to diverse learning styles.
5. Encourage strategic thinking and real-world problem solving among students.
6. Inspire students to pursue their passions and lifelong learning.
7. Collaborate with Program and Outcomes Managers to support students' career goals.
8. Administer assessments and provide timely feedback.
9. Teach core topics like Python, SQL, machine learning algorithms, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
10. Lead practical projects to develop job-ready skills.
11. Ensure mastery of program outcomes such as ML deployment, neural networks, and MLOps.
12. Work with the global team to improve curriculum and teaching materials.
13. Create engaging course content including lessons, exercises, and mini-projects.
14. Participate in community building and student engagement activities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related fields, preferably in leadership roles.
• Fluent in Spanish (instruction language) and proficient in English.
• Passionate about data technologies and teaching.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Proven ability to develop new teaching techniques and materials.
• Adapt lesson plans based on student progress.
• Ability to give clear instructions and organize activities with guidance.
• Experience managing and motivating a team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Enjoy mentoring and engaging with the tech community.
