The Role

You have experience as an architect, with a focus on technical solutioning and analysis. You will work in Security & Resiliency Consulting within Kyndryl, contributing to some of the most successful projects in the last two years. Your responsibilities include designing and implementing solutions for cyber resilience (Iberia), business continuity (DR, CyberRecovery, backup, data protection), leading implementation projects, coordinating teams, and collaborating with customers. You will participate in cloud and on-premises projects and support technical pre-sales activities as part of a team of architects and consultants, including international resiliency teams.

The initial position will be as Lead Technical Authority for a new Resiliency office at a major Kyndryl account, working closely with the client and the account team to define future resiliency standards for a large financial institution. You will advise on new architectures and technical evaluations.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 2 years of experience as an architect in cloud or infrastructure
• Strong technical architecture skills
• Teamwork and leadership abilities
• Basic knowledge of networking, load balancing, VPNs, and data replication
• Proficiency in cloud computing, security, and resiliency architecture, including hybrid and multi-cloud environments
• Experience with data protection and backup tools in the Iberia market
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity and risk management
• Fluency in English and Spanish

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Certifications such as CISSP, Security+, cloud certifications, ISO 22301, or equivalent experience
• Experience advising C-suite executives
• Knowledge of emerging security technologies like AI, zero trust, ML
