MindMatch is seeking a Solution Engineer based in Valencia to act as the technical lead for key account projects. You will guide and support large-scale ICT initiatives, promoting H3C products and building strong customer relationships.

The role requires extensive technical knowledge, collaboration with sales, and a willingness to travel as needed to drive project success in the European market.

Formación

• Experience with ICT vendors (manufacturers) or top-tier system integrators.
• 5+ years in presales or a related technical role.
• Proven ability to lead and support major ICT projects.
• Knowledge of campus networks, data centers, WAN, Wi‑Fi, cloud, security, and 5G.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary technical lead on customer projects in collaboration with account sales.
• Promote existing and updated H3C products and solutions in the local market.
• Lead analysis of customer ICT network infrastructures.
• Perform deep-dive competitive intelligence comparing products.
• Partner with sales to develop product strategies and grow market share.
• Provide management with forecasts, reports, and technical analyses.
• Maintain knowledge through workshops, publications, and networks.
• Provide expert-level technical training and support to clients.
• Create comprehensive network and system documentation and proposals.
• Fulfill verbal and written assignments and production tasks as needed.
