Job Title : Lead Generation Manager & Investment Analyst

About SVCS

Silicon Valley Construction Services (SVCS) is a trusted construction-estimating and project management firm serving clients across the San Francisco Bay Area since 2003. We specialize in cost estimation, project coordination, and tenant acquisition for commercial properties, with a focus on quality, integrity, and long-term client relationships.

We are currently hiring a Lead Generation Manager & Investment Analyst to lead tenant acquisition, marketing, and investment support for our flagship commercial property — the Aurora Business Center at 1515 Aurora Drive, San Leandro, CA .

Role Overview

This is a remote, full-time role (40 hours / week) ideal for a candidate with strong experience in real estate marketing, lead generation, and basic investment analysis. You’ll be instrumental in driving occupancy for our commercial spaces while supporting investor engagement and campaign performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline of potential tenants for the Aurora Business Center
  • Drive SVCS's digital marketing strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging video and promotional content
  • Keep property listings and digital ads up-to-date with available units
  • Design and send weekly newsletters to prospective tenants and partners
  • Host engaging online webinars to showcase property features
  • Attend relevant virtual networking events and build industry connections
  • Analyze marketing metrics and provide investment performance summaries
  • Assist in developing investor presentations and communication documents
  • Manage tenant scheduling, follow-ups, and onboarding / move-in coordination
  • Monitor and escalate urgent work orders (especially Sundays)
  • Use productivity tools like Time Doctor for weekly reporting

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation or digital marketing, ideally in real estate
  • Experience hosting webinars or online events (required)
  • Familiarity with basic real estate and investment performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Access to a laptop, reliable internet, and mobile phone
  • Monthly Compensation : $1,000–$1,500 USD (based on experience)
  • Performance Bonuses : $50 per unit rented | $25 per lease renewed
  • Recognition : Featured on the SVCS website as a team member
