The successful candidate will optimize the lead funnel, execute digital campaigns, and drive revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives. About The Role

We are now looking for a highly driven Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our lead generation engine and directly fuel our commercial growth.

You’ll own and optimize the full lead generation funnel — from digital campaigns and lead capture to CRM management and nurturing — driving high-quality prospects into the sales pipeline. Your work will directly enable BIORCE’s sales team to engage, convert, and grow revenue with key decision-makers across pharma, biotech, CROs, and research institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Design and A / B test landing pages and lead capture forms to maximize conversions.
  • Manage our CRM & marketing automation platform (ActiveCampaign), including lead scoring, segmentation, workflows, and automation.
  • Build, maintain, and analyze real-time dashboards to track KPIs like CAC, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates (across funnel stages), pipeline contribution.
  • Collaborate with sales and content teams to align messaging and targeting.
  • Launch and manage outbound email campaigns and remarking initiatives.
  • Monitor and execute SEO best practices to grow inbound traffic and organic lead generation.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years in B2B digital marketing, ideally in SaaS, healthtech, pharma or biotech industries.
  • Experience running performance campaigns with clear ROI targets.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, lead management, and marketing automation platforms (e.g. ActiveCampaign).
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills; comfortable working with dashboards, and reporting tools (Google Analytics, MixPanel, or similar).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with content, sales and product.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Bonus Points for : knowledge of clinical trials, life sciences, health innovation, or regulated B2B sectors.
