Mimica is hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer to join the Mapper Team. You will own features end-to-end, build interactive data-visualisation interfaces, and contribute to system design to enable exponential growth in usage.

You will work on real-time frontend services, collaborate with TLs and Product Managers, and participate in architectural decisions while maintaining high engineering standards and clear communication in English.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong experience with React and state management.
• Front-end performance optimization expertise.
• Knowledge of data-intensive applications and system design principles.
• Basic familiarity with backend tasks (e.g., API endpoints).
• Commitment to high engineering standards and maintainable code.
• Experience owning projects end-to-end including design, development, testing, deployment, and observability.
• Fluent English and clear communication.

Responsabilidades

• Develop data-visualisation applications and features for displaying large data properties (insights on processes, workflows, metrics).
• Build interfaces and real-time frontend services enabling multi-user graph editing and AI model retraining via user input.
• Own projects end-to-end within small teams, collaborating with Tech Leads and Product Managers.
• Participate in architectural decisions and drive product improvements with cross-team collaboration.
• Contribute to team and chapter processes, RFCs, code reviews, and helping others level up.
• Support hiring and onboarding of new team members.
