Materialise is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join the Mimics Flow team in Barcelona. You will contribute across the stack, delivering scalable software with .NET Core back-end services and React/TypeScript front-ends within a regulated healthcare environment.

You will collaborate with product, QA, and engineering teams, participate in agile ceremonies, and help shape a high-quality user experience in a cloud-enabled, patient-centered workflow platform.

Formación

• Experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong knowledge of .NET Core / ASP.NET Core and React/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and DevOps.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working in an agile environment.

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join the Mimics Flow team and help build Mimics Workflow, a new standalone service within our case management platform for personalized patient care. In this role, you will work across the stack to deliver scalable and reliable software solutions, from back‑end services and APIs in .NET to front‑end interfaces in React/Web‑Components. You will collaborate closely with product, QA, and engineering teams, contribute to cloud‑native development and integrations, and help shape a high‑quality user experience in a regulated healthcare environment.
