Mimica is hiring for a Senior Frontend/Software Engineer to join the Mapper Team. You will develop data-visualisation features and interfaces for large datasets, enabling real-time collaboration and AI model retraining.

You’ll own projects end-to-end, influence architectural decisions, and help shape the engineering culture as the company scales. Join a fast-growing, remote-first environment with cross-functional teams and a focus on impact, quality, and scalable systems.

Formación

• At least 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong experience with React and frontend architecture.
• Understanding of data-intensive applications and performance optimization.
• Experience with backend work and full project ownership.
• Excellent English communication and collaborative skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop data-visualisation apps and features for large data properties with scalability in mind.
• Build interfaces and real-time frontend services that support multi-user editing of graph data and retraining AI models.
• Own projects end-to-end within small teams, aligned with TLs and Product Managers.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and cross-team improvements; produce implementation docs.
• Participate in refining internal processes and RFCs, code reviews, and team growth.
• Support hiring and onboarding new team members and uphold high engineering standards.
