Opella in Barcelona is seeking a Data & AI Product Owner for its enterprise chatbot platform. You will own end-to-end vision, strategy, and delivery, sitting at the intersection of AI/ML innovation and business transformation.

Lead agile cycles, define KPIs, ensure GDPR compliance, collaborate with Data Eng and AI/ML teams, promote responsible AI, mentor the team, and drive adoption across Digital, GBS, Finance, Legal.

Formación

• 5+ years in product management, with 2+ years in AI/data products.
• Proven delivery of enterprise-grade chatbot or conversational AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of NLP, LLMs, and AI/ML lifecycle.
• Experience in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in data analytics and translating insights into product decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end product vision, strategy and delivery of the enterprise chatbot platform.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive adoption.
• Lead agile cycles from discovery to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Define KPIs and ensure GDPR/data privacy compliance.
