M47 is seeking a Conversational AI Engineer to own end-to-end delivery for a key enterprise project in Barcelona. You will design, build, and optimize chatbot and voicebot solutions using LLMs, NLU models, and Cognigy-like platforms, with strong API integrations and system-wide governance.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience with Agentic AI for chatbots and voicebots.
• Experience with AI models for chatbot or voicebot development.
• Experience with model evaluation, tuning, and deployment.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Own full lifecycle — from prompt engineering and knowledge base design to system integration and deployment.
• Design, build, and continuously improve chatbot and voicebot solutions using LLMs and NLU models.
• Configure and optimize STT/TTS systems and integrate with APIs and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and UX teams to align solutions with client goals.
• Document architectures and deployment procedures for transparency and reproducibility.
