Space Executive seeks an Electronic Market Making & Algo Trading Lead to design, deploy, and operate automated market making and trading strategies across multiple venues. This remote, global role offers influence over a greenfield DeFi trading stack and cross-venue arbitrage with robust risk controls.

Ideal candidates combine hands-on algo trading experience with a strong grasp of order book dynamics and the ability to work closely with engineers on scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of order book dynamics and electronic market making.
• Hands-on experience building or running algo trading systems.
• Commodities trading experience.
• Exposure to both digital asset and traditional markets.
• Solid quantitative grounding (a PhD isn't required).
• Technically fluent and comfortable working side by side with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and run automated market making and algo strategies across multiple venues.
• Build and manage cross-venue arbitrage with strong risk controls.
• Own real-time order book management and liquidity provision.
• Partner closely with engineering on trading infrastructure.
