Hitachi Energy in Madrid is seeking an Electrical Engineer to lead electromechanical substation design for AIS/GIS projects across the region. You will coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces, develop technical documentation, and validate equipment to meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, experience with HV apparatus, and a willingness to travel up to 10%. Fluency in English is preferred; BIM/3D knowledge is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in electromechanical design of substations (AIS and/or GIS).
• Solid knowledge of High Voltage Apparatus.
• BIM/3D knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the electromechanical scope of substations to ensure integrity and proper operation.
• Produce technical documentation for tender development, design, and equipment implementation.
• Prepare and review technical specifications and validate equipment.
• Ensure alignment of 3D models and coordinate interfaces between civil and electromechanical disciplines.
• Provide technical recommendations during design, engineering, and execution phases.
• Support claims related to changes in scope, assessing cost, schedule impacts and risks.
• Collaborate with engineers to share best practices and uphold safety, integrity and quality.
