Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. in Barcelona is seeking a Sr. Digital R&D & Automation Engineer to design and automate IC design flows, develop tools and scripts, and advance automated test environments for digital/mixed-signal IP.

You will collaborate with Digital, CAD and IT teams while supporting Linux-based environments on cutting-edge semiconductor Projects. You will implement CI/CD pipelines and automation across the ASIC flow, helping drive rapid development and deployment in a

Competenze

Unix/Linux admin and networking experience required.
Proficiency in scripting languages (Tcl, Perl, Python, csh) and OOP.
Familiar with revision control tools (Git, GitLab).
Experience in system administration and CAD tool installation/support.
DevOps knowledge (CI, CD, pipelines, Jenkins, GitlabCI).
Knowledge of ASIC design flow and Verilog/SystemVerilog is a plus.
AI usage knowledge for developments (LLMs, AI Agents, etc.).

Mansioni

Scripting of ASIC mixed-signal design tools and automation for teams.
R&D of new methodologies, flows, tools, IPs, licenses.
Work on R&D tasks related to ASIC IC design flow stages.
Define, implement and automate new standard flows and methodologies.
Develop CI/CD environment applied to IC design.
Linux system administration to install, build, test and develop environments/tools
Troubleshoot machine, network and tool problems.
Document processes and flows and coordinate with Digital, CAD and IT teams.
