Blu Selection in Barcelona is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to own and shape the DevOps function across time zones, guiding infrastructure strategy, AWS cloud architecture, CI/CD, and IaC while mentoring cross-regional teams.

You will work with major brands from Barcelona, visiting the office 1–2 times per week, and will lead initiatives to integrate security, observability, and reliability into daily operations while maintaining strong client communications.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related infrastructure roles.
• Strong expertise in AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Proficiency in Linux system administration.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and IaC (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).
• Fluent in English (Spanish a plus).
• Leadership mindset with mentoring experience or readiness to lead.

Responsabilidades

• Own and shape the DevOps function across the organization.
• Lead AWS cloud infrastructure for client projects.
• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
• Develop and maintain IaC using Terraform/Ansible or similar tools.
• Monitor performance and reliability; lead incident response and RCA.
• Mentor cross-regional DevOps members and communicate with clients.
