Feels Like is a brand-new, 25-year-old digital design and innovation studio born out of B-Reel.

Feels Like creates interfaces that do and feel more for some of the pickiest brands in the world, including tech and luxury brands like Google, LVMH, Airbnb, and Moncler.

We are part of the B-Reel group, with offices in Los Angeles and Barcelona, and work cross-culturally with a team from around the globe. Feels Like's mission is clear : to help brands craft distinctive stories and unique digital experiences, through a process that balances data-informed methodology, artistic intuition, and technical innovation.

Our tech expertise spans across various platforms including e-commerce, interactive development, native apps, and websites. We pride ourselves on our proficiency in cutting-edge technologies such as WebGL, React / Next.js, Typescript, GLSL, WebGPU, and more.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Developer, you will play a pivotal role in leading our development efforts, guiding the direction of projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients. You will collaborate closely with our design and development teams to drive innovation and excellence in our digital products and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable and robust solutions for digital advertising campaigns and products.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise in the selection of technologies and frameworks best suited for each project.
• Collaborate with creatives, designers, and product managers to come up with creative concepts and translate them into functional and efficient code.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and trends in web development, and advocate for their adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth project execution and delivery.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience (+4 years) as a senior developer, with a focus on web development and digital advertising.
• Experience with React Native and custom Native Development is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with GLSL, WebGPU, and other relevant technologies is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
