Responsabilidades

• Oversee team availability and wellbeing, coordinate onboarding, and communicate effectively with management and HR.
• Support skill development, provide feedback, and set personal goals for team members.
• Work with various teams to define project requirements and objectives.
• Guide the team in adopting agile methodologies and facilitate ceremonies.
• Contribute to coding tasks, lead initiatives, and support the team with your technical expertise.

Conocimientos

Strong software development experience (e.g., C#, Python)

Leadership or management experience in engineering teams

Excellent organizational and planning skills

Experience with Agile development methodologies

Ability to work autonomously

Proficient in English and Spanish

Experience with Flutter is a plus
