Freyrecruitment is seeking an experienced First Mate for a 100ft Wally performance sailing yacht based in Palma, Mallorca. The role includes leading the deck team, managing spare parts and inventories, and coordinating shipping-container logistics for regattas and cruising.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in the superyacht sailing industry, strong racing and offshore experience, and solid engineering and hydraulic knowledge. Excellent Excel skills for daily reports are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3–4 years’ experience in superyacht sailing industry or similar
• Yachtmaster CoC and STCW certificates required
• Strong racing and offshore sailing experience essential
• Engine and hydraulic systems knowledge advantageous

Aufgaben

• Assist with technical preparation and maintenance of the yacht
• Lead the deck team and manage spare parts, equipment, inventories and shipping-container logistics
• Maintain detailed daily reports and accurate inventory records using Excel
• Demonstrate highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive approach
