team.blue is seeking an experienced Senior Data Science Lead to guide a small two‑person data science team while staying actively involved in delivery. You will set direction, coach members, and own the most complex projects end to end.

You will translate business needs into data‑driven solutions using machine learning, predictive modelling, and statistical analysis, collaborating with product, engineering, and business leaders.

Formación

• 5+ years of data science experience, including at least 3 years in a lead or team lead role.
• Proven line management and team development experience.
• Hands-on coding and review skills in production environments.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and defending priorities.
• Ability to align data projects with business objectives and deliver results.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a two-person data science team.
• Stay hands-on in delivery of the most complex projects end-to-end.
• Set direction and priorities, coaching for growth and delivery quality.
• Collaborate with business leaders, product managers, and engineers.
• Drive data-driven solutions using ML, analytics, and modeling.
