team.blue is seeking an experienced Data Science Lead to guide the Data & Analytics team. You will supervise two data scientists while staying hands-on on the most complex projects, translating data into business value through modeling, analysis and storytelling for stakeholders across the organization.

You will define priorities, coach growth, own the data science roadmap, and collaborate with product, engineering and leadership to align initiatives with strategic goals in a hybrid

Formación

• Degree in data science, statistics, math or CS is required.
• 5+ years in data science with at least 3 in leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading data scientists and delivering business impact.
• Hands-on credibility: writing production-grade code and reviewing work.
• Strong stakeholder management and business-alignment abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with cross-functional partners.
• Solid knowledge of Python/R/Scala and ML frameworks; SQL and cloud exposure.
