Eleven VMS is seeking an experienced Lead Data to own the data platform architecture and guide a small team of specialists. You will stay hands-on with pipelines on Azure using Databricks, Spark and dbt while aligning with product, tech, and business stakeholders.

You will translate business needs into a prioritized data roadmap, ensure quality and cost efficiency, and support the AI team to deploy developments into production. Fluency in English is required.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data engineering or data analytics, with leadership exposure.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, preferably Databricks.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python and PySpark, plus dbt.
• Strong background in data warehousing, ETL, and data modelling.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Own architecture of the data platform including modelling, governance, security and cost.
• Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines on Azure using Databricks, Spark and dbt.
• Lead and grow the data team; establish standards and skills development.
• Translate business needs into a prioritized data roadmap and deliver end-to-end.
• Ensure reliability, quality and cost efficiency of the platform and manage Databricks spend.
• Support AI team in deploying developments to production.
• Establish governance policies and data standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate them into the platform design.
