Job summary

Eleven VMS is seeking an experienced Lead Data to own the architecture of our data platform and steer pipelines end-to-end. You will lead a small data team including a data engineer and data analyst, collaborating with product, tech and business stakeholders.

The role requires a Master's degree and 3–5 years in data engineering or analytics, with strong SQL, Python, PySpark and dbt experience on cloud platforms, preferably Databricks. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
• 3–5+ years in data engineering or data analytics with lead experience.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and Databricks.
• Proficient in SQL, Python and PySpark with dbt production experience.
• Strong data governance, warehousing and ETL skills.
• Clear communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture of the data platform and governance.
• Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines on Azure.
• Lead and grow the data team and set technical standards.
• Translate business needs into a data roadmap and deliver end-to-end.
• Ensure reliability, quality and cost efficiency of the platform.
