Capitole is seeking a senior Data Engineering Lead to guide a team of 5 engineers in Barcelona. You will define data roadmaps, own architecture, and align data solutions with business goals.

You will drive sprint planning in a hybrid work environment, promoting best practices across ETL, data modeling, and performance optimization. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable data products, maintain strong data governance, and ensure code quality through CI/CD with

Formación

• 4–5 years in Data Engineering with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong experience with AWS services (S3, Lambda, Redshift).
• Hands-on with Airflow, DBT, Docker and Snowflake/ClickHouse.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of 5 Data Engineers.
• Define and drive data engineering roadmaps and best practices.
• Manage sprint planning and backlog using JIRA.
• Oversee data pipeline design, development, and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions.
