Lead Cloud Solution Architect (AWS) - Spain (Full Remote) - Big Insurance Company

Duties & Role :

1. Provide expertise on all AWS platform constructs and services, assisting internal stakeholders with application solutioning for migrations, new deployments, or re-architecting.
2. Automate processes using Python, Terraform, CloudFormation, and API integration to reduce manual effort.
3. Lead and influence technical discussions on architecture, design guidelines, code reviews, and release processes.
4. Align with CA&T product teams to ensure continuous development of an iterative cloud roadmap.
5. Define and develop KPIs and reporting structures to align cloud services with business objectives.
6. Maintain a JIRA or Azure DevOps backlog for the Advisory & Enablement function within the CEO team.
7. Act as a trusted advisor, managing stakeholders and multiple initiatives across the cloud product portfolio.
8. Map business needs to actual solutions, systems, and services.
9. Conduct cost / benefit modeling aligned with business KPIs.
10. Design, develop, and continuously improve cloud systems and services.
11. Perform hypothesis-based experiments with Engineering to enhance customer outcomes.
