The Role

Practice Overview :

Our Platform Engineering service line delivers scalable, innovative cloud solutions, accelerating digital product delivery and enhancing client technology ecosystems. The team lays the groundwork for effective IDPs by developing and integrating key components such as infrastructure as code, service catalogues, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities :

  • Contribute to the design of CI / CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Tekton, Jenkins, etc.) from a developer perspective to improve time-to-market and developer experience.
  • Design and develop IDPs for internal projects or customers.
  • Optimize architecture and performance of IDPs.
  • Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to refine interfaces and improve user experiences.
  • Ensure high-quality code through rigorous testing and regular code reviews.
  • Maintain and update existing code to support new features and improvements.
  • Build and manage cloud-native architectures using containers (Docker / Kubernetes), serverless solutions, or other cloud native services.

Who You Are

Qualifications :

  • 5 years of experience
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Basic hands-on experience with public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Exposure to IaC tooling, containerized applications, and CI / CD practices.
  • Proficiency with tools and technologies such as Git, RESTful APIs, and content management systems.
  • A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, including testing and deployment techniques.
  • Experience with frontend platform services (e.g., Cloudflare Pages, Vercel, Akamai, CloudFront) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with server-side development (Java, PHP, Python, and / or Go) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an engineering team.

Nice to Have :

  • Relevant certifications or a willingness to pursue certification.
  • Interest in observability, security practices, and advanced platform engineering methodologies.
