As a Lead AQA Engineer, you will have the chance to make a significant impact on the quality of our software, directly contributing to the satisfaction and trust of our users. Your mission will be to drive excellence and innovation in our testing processes.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor the Automation Quality Assurance team, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Plan and prioritize automation activities to align with project goals and timelines.
• Work with other teams to understand business requirements, logic, relevant use cases, scenarios, and functional flows for the system under test.
• Ensure test automation design is traceable to requirements or existing manual test cases.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve automation processes within the team.
• Design, implement, and execute automated test scenarios.
• Maintain and design test environments required for tests execution.
• Analyze test results, logs, and prepare reports.
• Localize and file defects.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience developing test automation scripts / frameworks in Python for complex applications and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with Pytest
• Experience with Selenium or Playwright
• Experience with web application testing.
• Solid understanding of HTTP, Authentication, Web services, and REST API testing.
• Experience with CI / CD systems, including integrating automated tests into Jenkins pipelines.
• Familiarity with virtualization systems (e.g., Docker) to create and manage test environments.
• Strong Linux user with command-line proficiency.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance theory : principles, methodologies, and techniques.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality software products.
• Written and spoken English proficiency sufficient to communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant certifications in software testing and quality assurance are a plus (e.g., ISTQB, Certified Selenium Professional).
