Responsibilities

1. Develop and oversee the architectural design of Improvado's platform, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance enhancements.
2. Improve and maintain the knowledge base of architectural design principles, product components, and infrastructure.
3. Lead the implementation of new functionalities, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices.
4. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
5. Optimize the performance of services to ensure a fast and responsive user experience.
6. Participate in code reviews and contribute to overall codebase improvements.
7. Engage in Agile development practices, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
8. Share knowledge within the team.

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to design and architect maintainable and scalable technical systems.
• At least 8 years of commercial development experience (OOP, multithreading, high-load systems).
• Proven experience in developing REST services and understanding of network operations.
• Deep understanding of SOLID principles, DDD, and various architecture design patterns.
• Strong knowledge of Data Engineering technologies.
• Proficiency in relational database management systems, including writing and optimizing SQL queries, indexing, transactions, and partitioning.
• Experience with NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud services and development practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Linux at an expert level.
• Proficiency in CI/CD practices.
