- Develop and govern digital and e-commerce strategies, standards, best practices, and processes.
The EAD reports to the Director of Enterprise Architecture and is an integral part of the Enterprise Architecture Team.
Role Responsibilities
- Trusted Technology Advisor:
- Work with senior leadership to develop a unified vision and architecture aligned with transformation strategies.
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders to enable new capabilities.
- Provide expert guidance on digital design and delivery for large global enterprises.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive successful project execution.
- Create executive-level presentations to communicate the transformation strategy and solution vision.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects to establish technology standards and patterns.
- Lead governance processes ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Optimize technology assets, reducing technical debt and improving total cost of ownership.
- Engage with system vendors and external partners to provide key technological insights.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and adaptable technology solutions.
- Develop and evolve technology roadmaps that incorporate technologies to drive measurable outcomes.
- Define holistic, outcome-driven solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Commercial and Sales, Brand House & Marketing, EIM, HR, IT, Finance).
- Business Process Optimization:
- Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Design scalable, efficient enterprise architectures that align with business objectives.
- Ensure architectural designs support scalability, flexibility, and integration across business units, meeting financial targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience designing and implementing digital solutions, including web applications, e-commerce platforms, integration architecture, MarTech, integrated social media, and UX solutions.
- At least 5 years in roles such as Program Lead, Product Owner, or Lead Developer.
- Proven experience in the CPG, supply chain or e-commerce.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, and integration platforms e.g. SAP Integration Suite.
- Broad technology architecture expertise, including cloud computing (GCP, Azure, AWS), machine learning.
- Strong business and technical acumen with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Proficiency in Agile delivery methodologies and enterprise architectural frameworks.
