What is the role?

A top-tier international consultancy is seeking an Anaplan Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge enterprise planning solutions. Based in Madrid, this role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of high-impact projects across sectors including finance, supply chain, and workforce planning.

As the Solution Architect, you will play a central role in client engagements—defining architecture, leading delivery teams, and ensuring scalable, value-driven Anaplan implementations.

What will I be doing?

• Own the end-to-end design and delivery of Anaplan projects across multiple functional domains





• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Anaplan models and solutions

• Lead project teams, manage technical workstreams, and act as a primary interface with client stakeholders

• Define architecture standards, best practices, and reusable assets across projects

• Collaborate with internal consultants and client teams on data integration, model governance, and change management

• Drive solution workshops, model building sessions, testing, and user training

• Stay up to date with Anaplan platform developments and evangelize planning innovation internally and with clients

• Contribute to pre-sales activities by advising on solution design, estimates, and technical feasibility

What profile will I require?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field

• 3-5 years of experience in enterprise performance management (EPM), with 3+ years in Anaplan

• Proven track record in leading Anaplan architecture and delivery for mid to large-scale projects

• Strong functional expertise in one or more areas: FP&A;, supply chain planning, sales performance,



workforce planning

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to lead workshops and manage C-level relationships

• Solid understanding of data modeling, integrations, and governance principles within Anaplan

• Anaplan certifications ( Solution Architect, Master Anaplanner) highly preferred

• Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong advantage

• Experience working in or with consulting firms is a plus
