Mondelēz International is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Agentic Insights Generation Layer, the AI-powered core turning raw market data into decision-ready recommendations for the business. • Proven experience leading data and AI-oriented projects within a CPG context.
• Direct experience designing or delivering agentic AI/workflow solutions.
• Proven AI product management experience, from discovery to delivery and improvement.
• Ability to set strategic direction and drive execution across functions.
• Strong Agile delivery experience with backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Agentic Insights Generation Layer end-to-end, defining vision, roadmap, and architecture for a multi-agent system that autonomously analyzes topline drivers and surfaces prioritized, decision-ready recommendations.
• Translate business questions into agent capabilities with Insights & Analytics teams to encode performance evaluation into AI agents.
• Collaborate with global, regional, and local teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical scope for AI-based reporting and insights.
• Own and maintain the product roadmap, feature backlog, and documentation including user stories and data requirements.
• Champion adoption of agentic AI across the organization through training and communications to build trust and action on AI-generated recommendations.
• Maintain fluency in the AI/agentic stack to inform sound architecture and prioritization decisions with engineering.
• Define and own success metrics for the insights layer and iterate based on outcomes.
• Manage product budget, delivery cadence, and vendor/partner relationships ensuring security and responsible AI standards.
