Mondelēz International is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the Agentic Insights Generation Layer, the AI-powered core turning raw data into actionable recommendations. You will oversee a multi-agent system that analyzes top-line drivers and surfaces prioritized insights for global, regional, and local stakeholders.

Formación

• Experience leading data and AI projects in a CPG context.
• Proven ability to design or deliver agentic AI/workflow solutions.
• Strong product management experience across discovery, delivery and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Agentic Insights Generation Layer end-to-end, defining product vision, roadmap and architecture for a multi-agent system.
• Translate business questions into agent capabilities with Insights & Analytics teams.
• Collaborate with global, regional and local stakeholders to gather requirements and define use cases for AI-based reporting and recommendations.
• Maintain the product backlog, user stories, data requirements and evaluation criteria for insight quality.
• Drive adoption of agentic AI across the organization, including training and change management.
