Mondelēz International is seeking Full Stack AI Engineers to join a growing engineering team building an AI-powered insights platform. You will work across disciplines to design and deliver intelligent systems that turn raw market data into decision-ready recommendations for stakeholders globally.

The team includes specialists in full stack development, AI/ML engineering, and data engineering, with opportunities to specialise while contributing end-to-end on the platform.

Formación

• Strong proficiency in Python and building production-grade applications or pipelines.
• Experience in one or more: full stack development, AI/ML engineering, or data engineering.
• Hands-on with AWS and Databricks (Spark/Delta Lake).
• Familiarity with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, or agent architectures.
• Knowledge of React/Next.js and API design (REST/GraphQL).
• Understanding of ETL/ELT, data modelling, and scale.
• Solid software engineering basics: Git, testing, CI/CD, Docker, Terraform.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for market and business data using Python and AWS.
• Develop and deploy AI/ML models and LLM-based workflows (RAG, prompts, agents).
• Build full stack apps surface AI insights to business users (Python, React/Next.js, cloud services).
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for pipelines, models, and apps.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into designs and user stories.
• Contribute to platform architecture, including infrastructure-as-code and containerisation, and participate in code reviews.
