OLX is seeking a Principal Product Manager for its Real Estate business to drive high-impact, zero-to-one initiatives. You will lead multiple initiatives, including AI-driven capabilities and new monetisation models, across diverse markets from Spain to Poland.

The role emphasizes speed, strategic thinking, and a product-led approach in a complex organisation. You’ll join the product leadership team, report to the Director of Product, and work across cross-functional, multicultural teams.

The Opportunity

OLX is looking for a Principal Product Manager to drive high-impact, zero-to-one initiatives across our Real Estate business. This is a builder role focused on creating new value - not a people-management role. It's well-suited for someone who thrives on building new things, moving fast, and navigating a complex organisation to turn ideas into impact.

You’ll lead 2–3 special initiatives in parallel, each scoped over 6–24 months. These could range from developing AI-driven capabilities and new monetisation models to building new product features that drive growth. We're hiring for mindset, not a fixed checklist.

You’ll join the product leadership team and contribute to strategic direction across the area. The focus is on building, pushing, and delivering new value, complementing a team that excels at running and optimising the core business.

This role reports to the Director of Product and can be based in Spain, Portugal or Poland. Remote work is possible within these countries.

What You’ll Do

• Lead zero-to-one initiatives from concept to market validation to scaled delivery - own the vision, strategy, and execution.

• Own the business case: connect product decisions to revenue and margin impact.
• Raise the bar for product craft across the team - set the standard through your work, share methods and examples, and act as a role model for what high-quality product thinking looks like in practice.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong executive presence - able to defend a concept to senior directors and build alignment.
• Business and financial acumen - unit economics, P&L thinking, ROI-informed decisions.
• Ability to drive multiple initiatives in parallel with minimal oversight.
• Marketplace or two-sided marketplace experience is a plus.
• Comfort working in cross-functional, multicultural teams across multiple markets.
• Willingness to travel approximately every two months.
