bsport is seeking a Senior Operations/BizOps professional to lead intelligent automation, designing and deploying production-grade AI agents. You will own the AI automation roadmap end-to-end, working with team leads to redesign workflows around what machines do best.

The role is hybrid, based in Barcelona, with a focus on measuring ROI, KPIs, and cross-functional impact while staying ahead of AI tooling trends.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in operations, BizOps, or process engineering.
• Proven track record of designing and shipping automation workflows in production.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar).
• Comfort working with APIs, data pipelines, and no-code/low-code orchestration tools.

Responsabilidades

As bsport scales, operational efficiency becomes a strategic lever, not just a cost concern. We're creating this role to lead the intelligent automation of our internal processes, with a clear mandate: deploy agentic AI systems that meaningfully reduce manual workload, streamline team structures, and sustain the quality bar our customers expect.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional position sitting within the Operations. You will own the AI automation roadmap end-to-end, from identifying opportunities to shipping production-grade agents and work directly with team leads to redesign workflows around what machines do best.

The role:

AI Agent Design & Deployment

• Identify and implement agentic AI solutions targeting the highest-leverage opportunities: cross-team friction points, high-volume processes, and high-cost operations
• Design multi-step AI workflows using tools such as n8n, Zapier, LangChain, or equivalent orchestration platforms
• Build integrations between AI agents and our core systems (CRM, ERP, support tooling, data warehouse)
• Ensure deployed agents are robust, monitored, and continuously improved based on output quality

Operational Redesign

• Audit existing processes to quantify automation potential and project FTE impact
• Collaborate with department heads to redesign team structures around automated workflows
• Define clear KPIs for each automation initiative: time saved, error rate, cost per unit, and headcount optimisation
• Drive org-wide adoption through documentation, training, and change management

Strategic Leadership

• Own the internal AI automation roadmap and report progress to senior leadership
• Build a rigorous evaluation framework to measure the ROI of each initiative
• Stay ahead of the AI tooling landscape to ensure bsport is using best-in-class solutions
• Contribute to company-wide thinking on responsible AI deployment

You would be great fitif you have:

• 5+ years of experience in operations, BizOps, or process engineering
• Proven track record of designing and shipping automation workflows in production
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar)
• Comfort working with APIs, data pipelines, and no-code/low-code orchestration tools
• Strong analytical skills - you model impact before you build, and you measure it after
• Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels
