Autodesk Consulting is seeking a Lead Consultant to join our Southern Europe team, supporting strategic customers across France, Italy, Spain and Portugal in a hybrid role. You will define digital transformation strategy, lead solution adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes.

You’ll manage engagements from discovery to value realization, coordinating cross-functional teams and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the journey.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or Operations (AECO).
• Deep expertise in at least one AECO sub-industry with strong business processes.
• Proven experience leading customer engagements from strategy through implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Autodesk technologies and solutions.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical, scalable solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through influence.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and executive presentation skills.
• Fluent English and at least one Southern European language (French, Italian, Spanish).
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted relationships with customer executives, business leaders and project teams.
• Understand customer business objectives, challenges and industry context to define outcome-driven solutions.
• Design implementation approaches that balance business priorities, technical feasibility and speed to value.
• Lead consulting engagements, coordinating Autodesk specialists and partner resources to deliver successful outcomes.
• Provide hands-on implementation services for Autodesk solutions within your area of expertise.
• Drive customer adoption through change management, governance and best practices.
• Identify and scope opportunities to expand customer value and collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success and Solution Architects.
• Act as an industry thought leader by sharing insights, best practices and innovative approaches.
• Continuously learn new technologies, workflows and AI-enabled capabilities to better serve customers.
