At Paraty Tech, we're looking for a Lead Acquisition & CRM Manager with an analytical mindset, B2B marketing experience, and advanced HubSpot proficiency to lead our demand generation strategy and optimize the entire sales funnel, from attracting leads to delivering qualified opportunities to the sales team.

With offices in Spain, Portugal, and Mexico, Paraty Tech is a technology company that offers solutions to hotels to improve their direct sales. We work closely with our clients to increase their sales through their own website reservations. Their success is our success!

Your mission will be clear : drive quality lead acquisition, maximize conversion at every stage of the funnel, and orchestrate the advanced use of HubSpot as an operations center . You'll be the nexus between marketing, sales, and technology, and a strategic pillar in the growth of the direct channel.

YOUR MAIN CHALLENGES WILL BE :

  • Manage and optimize the entire lead generation funnel, from campaigns to qualification and transfer to BDMs.
  • Serve as HubSpot's internal point of contact, managing automations, lead scoring, workflows, and reports.
  • Design and implement multi-channel outbound campaigns with the digital marketing team (email, LinkedIn, Ads) and coordinate inbound campaigns (SEO, content, forms).
  • Collaborate closely with SDRs and BDMs to fuel and accelerate their pipeline.
  • Configure and integrate tools like Lemlist, Instantly, Clay, Sales Navigator, or Zapier with HubSpot.
  • Generate hyper-segmented lists and create customized prospecting sequences.
  • Analyze key metrics (MQL→SQL, CPL, conversion, CAC) and optimize campaigns based on data.
  • Align marketing and sales through meetings, feedback, and the creation of joint processes.
  • Implement ABM strategies for key accounts, combining content, campaigns, and outreach.
  • Design dashboards for management with full visibility into the sales funnel.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED?

  • 3 years of experience in marketing, growth, or revenue roles in B2B environments (ideally SaaS or TravelTech).
  • Advanced knowledge of HubSpot (Sales and Marketing Hub) and experience connecting external tools.
  • Experience in designing and executing inbound and outbound campaigns (ideal if you are familiar with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads).
  • In-depth knowledge of Sales Enablement techniques and funnel management.
  • Analytical capacity and continuous improvement mentality (growth mindset).
  • Previous experience working hand-in-hand with SDRs or sales teams.
  • High English (minimum C1)
  • HubSpot Certifications (especially Marketing and Revenue Ops).
  • Knowledge of tools such as Clay, Lemlist, Instantly, Sales Navigator, Make / Zapier.
  • Experience in ABM projects and process automation without developers.
  • Ability to write technical / commercial content focused on conversion.
