Job summary

Beiersdorf in Spain is seeking a Launch & Re-launch Coordinator to support successful product launches, relaunches, changes and innovation projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Fluent English; SAP and Excel skills required; Power BI or PM tools a plus.

Your Tasks

Are you passionate about project coordination, innovation and Supply Chain? We are looking for a Launch & Re-launch Coordinator to support the successful implementation of product launches, relaunches, product changes and innovation projects within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional activities across Supply Chain, Production, Technical, Quality, Material Management, Controlling, Safety and Engineering, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.

• Lead and coordinate product launch and relaunch projects from a factory perspective.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage project milestones, risks, dependencies and mitigation plans.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment among local and global stakeholders.
• Coordinate the implementation of new products, product changes and innovation initiatives.
• Support Value Engineering and continuous improvement initiatives when applicable

Your Profile

Who We're Looking For

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Experience in project management, project coordination, Supply Chain, planning or innovation implementation.
• 2 to 5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment is preferred. High-potential junior profiles may also be considered.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to balance analysis and execution.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of 5S, SMED, Fishbone Analysis, Root Cause Analysis or similar methodologies is highly valued.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment is an advantage.
• Electromechanical knowledge or experience is highly valued.
• SAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills and fluent English are required.
• Knowledge of Power BI or project management tools is a plus.
