Ford Motor Company is seeking a lead senior program manager for manufacturing launches. You will drive milestone reviews, ensure launch readiness, and manage with cross-functional teams to hit cost, schedule, and quality targets.

You will provide on-site support at manufacturing facilities, apply 8D problem-solving, and champion continuous improvement of launch processes while communicating clearly with stakeholders at all levels.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
• 2–4 years of manufacturing engineering or program management experience preferred.
• Fluent English speaking and writing.
• Strong verbal, written, and listening skills.
• Experience with 8D problem-solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and SharePoint.

Responsabilidades

• Lead senior management milestone reviews to ensure program readiness.
• Manage launch at cost and on-time with quality targets.
• Facilitate cross-functional issue resolution.
• Provide on-site support at manufacturing facilities for LQOS deliverables.
• Support continuous improvement of launch processes and lessons learned.
