IQVIA is seeking a Site Activation Manager to lead start-up activities for global clinical trials. You will work with sponsors, sites and cross-functional teams to drive activation, regulatory submissions and timely contracting across multiple countries.

The role requires strong ICH-GCP knowledge, exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to navigate complex, cross-cultural environments to accelerate patient enrollment and study delivery.

Formación

• Experience in site activation, study start-up, regulatory affairs or clinical operations.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, trial regulations and ethics processes.
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead study start-up activities across global programs.
• Coordinate with sponsors, sites and cross-functional teams to accelerate activation.
• Develop and manage Site Activation Plans aligned to study strategy.
• Ensure regulatory submissions, ethics approvals and contracting are on schedule.
• Monitor timelines, budgets and performance metrics; provide updates and insights.
