Verisure España is seeking a highly analytical Strategy Consultant to join the LATAM Commercial Strategy & Performance team in Madrid. The role supports commercial teams across Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru and Mexico, driving sales strategy, performance improvements and AI-enabled transformation across LATAM.

The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of strategy/analytic experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and a strong track record of leading multi-country projects.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in strategy consulting or related analytical role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics or related field.
• Proven experience with data-intensive problems and translating analysis into clear recommendations.
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, ideally international or multi-country.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute LATAM commercial growth strategies, including Strategic Plan and Budget processes.
• Independently lead commercial strategy and transformation projects across LATAM countries.
• Analyze complex sales, pricing, productivity and performance data to identify insights.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Partner with local Sales Performance, Sales Structure and Commercial teams to support decision‑making and performance improvement.
• Drive standardization of commercial KPIs, reporting, processes, tools and best practices across the region.
