Descripción del empleo

As Last Mile Coordinator, you will be responsible for supervising, validating, and developing strategies for our national Last Mile routes. You must be an extremely analytical individual with previous experience in logistics and Last Mile operations, along with knowledge of national geography and the legal documentation necessary for transportation. Additionally, strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as problem-solving abilities, are essential.

Responsibilities and objectives include:

  1. Live tracking of national Last Mile routes
  2. Implementing improvements in route management software
  3. Periodic analytical reviews for transport optimization
  4. Promoting sustainable mobility and reducing carbon footprint
  5. Preparing and monitoring daily cost and effectiveness reports
  6. Checking Last Mile routes daily for cost validation
  7. Managing monthly financial closings and reconciliations with suppliers
  8. Participating actively in partner negotiations
  9. Comparing sources to ensure verification accuracy
  10. Managing claims via email and phone

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Degree (valuable but not mandatory)
  • Highly analytical with strong concentration skills
  • Extensive knowledge of the logistics sector, especially Last Mile
  • Knowledge of national logistics and mobility legal documentation
  • Proactive and autonomous work style
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and achieve ambitious goals
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with Live Last Mile or transportation software
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of French, Polish, Portuguese, or Italian is a plus
