As Last Mile Coordinator, you will supervise, validate, and develop strategies for our Last Mile routes in Madrid. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, with experience in logistics and Last Mile delivery, and knowledgeable about the Community of Madrid's geography. Strong communication and negotiation skills, along with problem-solving abilities, are essential.

Responsibilities and objectives include:

1. Live tracking of Madrid Last Mile routes
2. Utilizing route management software improvements
3. Periodic analytical reviews for transport optimization
4. Promoting sustainable mobility and reducing carbon footprint
5. Quick and effective problem resolution
6. Preparing and monitoring daily cost and effectiveness reports
7. Checking Last Mile routes daily for cost validation
8. Managing monthly financial closings and supplier reconciliations
9. Participating actively in partner negotiations
10. Verifying information from various sources for accuracy
11. Handling claim management via email and phone

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Degree (preferred but not mandatory)
• Highly analytical with strong concentration skills
• Extensive knowledge of the logistics sector, especially Last Mile
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive and autonomous work approach
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and meet ambitious goals
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with Live Last Mile or transportation software
• English communication skills are required; French, Polish, Portuguese, or Italian are assets.
