A leading company in language education is seeking a Language Travel Consultant to join their sales team in Madrid. The role involves developing sales for educational programs through client interactions and personalized service. Ideal candidates will have sales experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• Previous experience in a sales position, ideally in a travel agency.
• Spanish speaker (C1/C2) and good level of English (at least B2).
• Experience and taste for travelling.

Responsabilidades

• Advising clients and selling personalised language stays.
• Providing written quotes and ensuring regular follow-up with clients.
• Analyzing and addressing clients' demands.

We are currently looking for a Language Travel Consultant for our Spanish market to complete our Sales team based in Madrid.

Your mission will be to develop the sales of education programmes for clients residing in Spain and the international market by means of written price quotes, phone calls, and personalised interviews.

1. Advising clients and selling personalised language stays in Spain (mainly via telephone, email, or in person).
2. Analyzing and addressing clients' demands depending on their needs.
3. Providing clients with written quotes in person, via telephone, or via email.
4. Ensuring regular follow-up with clients (via telephone or email).

Your professional skills :

• You must have previous experience in a sales position, ideally in a travel agency.
• You possess interpersonal and communication skills.
• You are able to work in an autonomous and organised manner with a high sense of responsibility.
• You are a Spanish speaker (C1 / C2) and have a very good level of English (at least B2); any other language is a bonus.
