You will be joining our growing specialist Land & Property team within Quintas Energy in a supportive role to assist with the management of existing assets and development of new solar parks. Quintas Land & Property are a team committed to professional representation of our clients and appropriate management of their assets. This is an exciting land-based role with a diverse workload, and you will be working within an important & progressive industry. Role Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Land & Property Assistant to support our Land & Property team in managing a large and diverse portfolio of Solar PV assets across the UK. In this role, you will also contribute to the development of new renewable energy assets, helping to drive our clients’ sustainability goals. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team within the renewables sector and to develop your skills in a dynamic and rewarding field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Management: Support the team in managing various contracts and leases across Quintas’ clients’ portfolios, ensuring all agreements are effectively managed and administered.
• Daily Operations Support: Assist Client Managers in the day-to-day management of sites, including monitoring and resolving site incidents.
• Landlord & Tenant Relationship Management: Help maintain positive relationships between landlords and tenants to ensure long-term site security and effective communication.
• Landscaping & Environmental Projects: Assist with management and coordination of landscaping, environmental, and ecological enhancement projects.
• ESG Reporting & Client Enhancement: Support collection and preparation of ESG data and reports, and assist with client improvement projects.
• Professional Works Assistance: Support activities like planning applications, lease variations, land registry updates, and property-related tasks.
• Process Implementation & Management: Contribute to the implementation and management of internal and external processes.
• Team Administration & Scheduling: Handle administrative tasks, maintain project schedules, coordinate meetings, and support team effectiveness.
