Boslan, part of Accenture, seeks an experienced Land Development Manager to lead land development for complex data center projects in Spain. You will work with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to deliver construction-ready sites, focusing on zoning, permitting, and planning processes.

The role requires 5–10 years in project or program management, fluent Spanish and business English, and strong experience with real estate development and regulatory approvals.

Formación

• 5–10 years of experience in project management and/or program management.
• Strong knowledge of real estate planning and development, including zoning, permitting, planning permissions, utility delivery and off-site infrastructure upgrade agreements.
• Demonstrated knowledge of zoning and permitting processes for complex real estate developments in Spain (mandatory).
• Fluent Spanish and business-level English.
• Based in Spain, preferably in Madrid or Zaragoza.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience working with Spanish public administrations.
• Ability to develop and manage permitting schedules and understand project interdependencies.
• Excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills.
• Experience preparing strategic plans, executive presentations and comprehensive project documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead land development activities across multiple data center projects.
• Drive zoning, planning, permitting and site development processes through to construction-ready status.
• Coordinate with Acquisition, Construction, Engineering & Design, Utilities, Fiber, Environmental, Water, Power, Procurement and Legal teams.
• Develop and maintain permitting schedules, ensuring coordination of project interdependencies and milestones.
• Establish effective collaboration with local, regional and national authorities in Spain.
• Develop and support strategic development plans and regional strategies.
• Prepare project status reports, schedule updates, risk assessments, business cases and executive presentations.
• Manage Architect/Engineer (AE) scopes of work and proposals.
• Support funding control and expenditure management.
• Identify project challenges and implement practical solutions to ensure successful delivery.
• Promote effective development practices and cross-functional collaboration across projects.
