Job summary

UniOvi is seeking a First Stage Researcher (R1) in Spain to contribute to the design and implementation of a battery test bench using LabVIEW. A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Electronics and Automation Engineering or an equivalent qualification is required, with strong knowledge of battery test bench design and LabVIEW programming.

Candidates should demonstrate experience in battery testing/characterisation, participation in research projects, and a track record of publications or conference

Qualifications

A strong academic record in the required degree, plus any additional degree directly related to the research area.
Professional experience in companies, research centres, or universities developing products or services related to electronic battery management systems.
Participation in relevant research projects.
Scientific publications and conference contributions related to the research topic.
Hands-on experience with the NI LabVIEW graphical programming environment.
Experience in battery testing and characterisation.

Responsibilities

Research regarding the design and implementation of a battery test bench programmed in LabVIEW.
Develop LabVIEW-based test-bench functionality.
Collaborate with project team to advance battery management research.
