The position of Laboratory Technician (M/F/d) involves ensuring the smooth and safe operation of the I&TD laboratory, collaborating with scientists on experiments for new product development and process innovation. Responsibilities include designing and executing lab research, managing laboratory equipment and safety, maintaining quality systems, liaising with suppliers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and participating in scale-up and tech-transfer activities.

Requirements include a university degree in a relevant life science field (e.g., Biotechnology, Microbiology), 2-3 years of industry experience, fluency in English, lab management and safety experience, project management skills, understanding of GMP, and strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to work in a global environment is essential.
