Un institut d'biotechnologie végétale recherche un technicien de laboratoire pour soutenir des projets de recherche en biologie. Le candidat idéal aura une formation en biologie moléculaire et expérience en culture cellulaire. Ce rôle à temps plein offre une rémunération brute annuelle de 22,044.54€ et se déroule au Laboratoire Génétique de l'ETSIA.

Formación

• Technicien de laboratoire senior ou formation pertinente et expérience en culture de cellules végétales.
• Expérience en techniques de biologie moléculaire comme PCR et extraction d'ADN/ARN souhaitée.

Responsabilidades

• Réaliser des cultures cellulaires et des analyses de microscope optique.
• Effectuer des PCR et des phénotypages cellulaires.

• Personal interview (15%) in sterile culture procedures, flask and bioreactor culture, molecular biology techniques like PCR, qPCR, DNA / RNA extraction
