Formación

Purpose

Execution of routine tests/productions on seed and plant material, according to regulations and protocols, to establish product quality data and support research programs.

  1. Independently execute and assess routine tests/productions and handle administrative processing.
  2. Record results in designated systems and report abnormalities.
  3. Use all basic equipment correctly and troubleshoot as needed.
  4. Understand, interpret, and apply all relevant protocols, and report errors.
  5. Plan daily activities, including those of lower-level technicians when appropriate.
  6. Induct and guide lower-level technicians and interns if applicable.
  7. Maintain a healthy and safe work environment.
