Grifols S.A. is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to coordinate stability studies of plasma-derived products and supervise lab staff in a GMP environment. The role focuses on data review, results evaluation, and ensuring compliant documentation.

Requirements include CFGS in a laboratory field, experience in stability labs, team management, and an intermediate level of English. The position is full-time and based on site in Spain with standard Monday-Thursday schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and supervise the laboratory’s daily activities related to stability studies of human plasma-derived products.
• Review data and analytical records for compliance with procedures and documentation.
• Collaborate in evaluating results and identifying deviations or incidents.
• Supervise laboratory personnel, allocate tasks, and ensure training and safety standards.
• Manage equipment (stability chambers, analytical instrumentation) and monitor storage conditions.

What your responsibilities will be

• Coordinate and supervise the laboratory’s daily activities related to stability studies of human plasma-derived products, ensuring they are carried out in accordance with established procedures, quality standards and GMP requirements.
• Be involved in the review of data and analytical records, verifying that results are obtained in compliance with procedures and are properly documented.
• Collaborate in the evaluation of results and in the identification of potential deviations or incidents associated with ongoing studies.
• Supervise laboratory personnel, ensuring appropriate task allocation, training in procedures and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Participate in equipment management (stability chambers, analytical instrumentation) and in monitoring storage conditions.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible start time).
