Overview

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for performing various laboratory tasks including calibration, verification and maintenance of general equipment, preparation of general materials, and control of materials.

Ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of laboratory practices and procedures, as well as excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Additionally, proficiency in Office and Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Calibration, verification and maintenance of general equipment
• Preparation of general materials : pyrogen-free and autoclave
• Preparation of solvents and buffers
• Control of materials
• Equipment management updating the equipment Excel sheet, documentation related to new equipment
• Environmental control
• Documentation related to buffers and solvents
• Registration, entry, and exit of materials and consumables in SAGE
• Control of expired products (Reagents, materials, etc.)
• Waste management

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a certificate in Laboratory / Pharmacy or a related field and good communication skills in both Spanish and English.
